Excerpt from Chapter 4:  "When we are trapped, we rest in Jesus Christ.  We live by His Spirit.  We follow His word.  Jesus said to go out as sheep before the wolves and do not be afraid (Matthew 10:16).  When we find ourselves judged, do not even try to think of what to say to escape (Matthew 10:18-20).  In faith trusting in Jesus Christ, we become blameless speaking only what the Spirit tells us to speak.  Remember, peace is a fruit of the Spirit – not the flesh!"
